Art is an expressive medium, it can be  help to communicate, overcome stress, and explore different aspects of your own personalities. Art integrates techniques with the creative process to improve mental health and well-being. Creative process involved in artistic self-expression helps people to resolve conflicts and problems, develop interpersonal skills, manage behavior, reduce stress.

Every session is 2 hrs long, consists of consultation and creating process.  We use various techniques to serve your interests.  We use non-toxic high quality acrylic paint on canvas - this way you will create an art work.
